I am a native Philadelphian, born and raised in this vibrant, ever-evolving city. My parents were real estate developers, and I grew up exploring construction sites and visiting open houses almost every weekend. Having been immersed in the world of Philadelphia real estate from a young age, my passion for it has remained with me and I continue to live and work in Center City Philadelphia.
After graduating from law school at Villanova University in 1992, I worked in the real estate department of a large Philadelphia law firm for over a decade. There, my work involved many types of real estate transactions such as large scale portfolio financing, purchases and sales, shopping center and commercial development, condominium establishment, franchise zoning and land use as well as many individual home purchases and sales. This experience proved invaluable in helping me understand the ins-and-outs of the real estate transactional process.
Ultimately, however, I found working only on the legal end of the real estate business too restrictive. My true desire was to work more closely with individuals in the residential market. So, in 2005, I joined the family business, Tori Properties LLC. Here, I was able to round out my experience by becoming involved in the design, development, management, and marketing of residential real estate.
A few years ago, my brother Jon and I decided to take our years of combined experience in all aspects of Philadelphia real estate full circle by revamping Addison Real Estate, a company started by our parents over 30 years ago. At Addison, we seek to provide every client with a truly unique, boutique experience whether you are looking to buy, sell or lease real estate in the greater Philadelphia area. We hope that our personalized service, expert advice and genuine enthusiasm for what we do will leave every client feeling that they made the best possible choices for them.
