A lifelong Philadelphian, she developed an early familiarity with real estate through her family’s development business, gaining firsthand exposure to construction, design, and property marketing. She later earned her law degree from Villanova University and spent over a decade in the real estate department of a major Philadelphia law firm, where she worked on a wide range of transactions including portfolio financing, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial development, condominium creation, and zoning and land use matters.
In 2005, Cynthia transitioned from the legal side of the business to join Tori Properties LLC, where she expanded her experience to include the development, management, and marketing of residential real estate. This combination of legal and practical experience allows her to guide clients through transactions with clarity and confidence.
