As a life-long Philadelphian, I have extensive knowledge of the many diverse neighborhoods in Philadelphia and how they have developed and evolved over the years. This has allowed the privilege of working to find real estate solutions for my clients for more than 24 years and on many different levels of transactions stemming from residential or multi-family to mixed use or commercial or land development. Coming from a real estate development family I’ve have had the privilege of learning the business hands on at an early age which has allowed me to give valuable and help insight to many already in or looking to enter the real estate investment arena.
I enjoy introducing people to our great and continuously emerging city and helping them find their correct real estate fit. My feeling is that people influence people. Nothing influences people more than a recommendation from a satisfied client. A satisfied client is the holy grail of advertising!
